We would absolutely stay here again! In fact, our kids are already asking to do so, lol! Besides being a great house and in a great location (more on that in a minute), Joseph went above and beyond our expectations as a host. Not only was he extremely responsive, he truly wanted to ensure everything was amazing (and it was). I sent him a message merely to inform him that the dartboard was a bit busted up, and later that day he had a new (and nice) dartboard sent over via Doordash....and a handyman installed it the next morning. He was very proactive, very responsive and you could tell he's just a great person! :) The house completely lived up to the expectations of the listing (we loved the pool and pool toys, all the indoor and outdoor game options, and all the gear he provided to take to the beach). The location is also ideal to head to the beaches on the island or shoot down Cortez or Manatee Ave for lots of stores and dining. If you stumbled across this listing, stay here! :)

We had a great stay here! The cabin was beautiful, views were incredible, and location was perfect. It had everything we needed & more! Joseph is an amazing host and exceptionally responsive. We had an issue with the keurig and he overnighted a brand new one, which really shows the level of care around the experience. We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin. Plenty of room for our family and more! Having a balcony on both levels of bedrooms were amazing. The amenities are awesome. From the jacuzzi (super clean) to the game room! The fire pit was a hit! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Joseph was beyond helpful and responsive at all times! He was available with any questions we had with the cabin as well as recommendations on things to do in Blue Ridge. Few mins to downtown Blue Ridge and trails. If WiFi is a must, strong signal was a plus. Getting to the cabin was simple and no need for 4wd. We will be back!

Our stay at Joseph’s beautiful home was excellent! He was quick to respond to any questions we had, and the whole place was clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. He also provides a guidebook that has everything you could need to know about the property, its amenities or local spots to check out. We will definitely be staying again! We had a wonderful experience at Joseph's home! We were in the perfect location to move about Anna Maria Island and the surround areas! He had beach chairs, beach toys for the kiddos and of corse the pool was a hit! We really enjoyed our stay here and felt that the house had EVERYTHING we needed! He also was accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay for a couple extra days!! We would love to stay here again in the future and thank you for curating such a wonderful home!!

Excellent location just a few miles from Blue Ridge. Beautiful views from the cabin and lots of room to have your own space in the house. Hot tub was wonderful. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Joseph is a wonderful host! Great communication and very helpful! We loved the view it was amazing and the hot tub was a plus! We enjoyed being around nature and went on a nice trail on the lake blue ridge trail only 8 min away from the cabin! It was a great way to spend our honeymoon! A huge plus was the comfort of the beds! It was also nice to use game there that we could play and even some for our little one!

This was an incredible cabin for our family! The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The communication with Joseph was great and the location was perfect. We were less than 8 minutes to some great hikes, mountain biking, and downtown Blue Ridge. When we weren’t going out, the cabin had beautiful sunsets (which we enjoyed in the hot tub), or a perfect fire pit to roast s'mores. Couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations!

The beautiful patio with outdoor furniture gave amazing opportunities to look at the gorgeous mountain views! Check in and out was super easy and the cabin was very clean and cozy! Joseph was very quick and clear in his communication- even going above and beyond to door dash some bags of ice for us. We would definitely stay here again- great, relaxing vacation spot!

I can’t brag enough about Joseph! Very quick to respond. He didn’t have crazy outrageous rules. They were normal and reasonable requests to ask from a guest. Fully stocked kitchen. Even helped give recommendations on grocery deliveries. The game room/garage had all of the beach stuff you would need. The pool was amazing and even had some toys. There was always something to do at the house if you were rained in! Even board games. The house was sooooooo clean. The house was also a reasonable distance from the beach. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others! Joseph for president! lol
